Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through am.pm.

Subscription

By creating a subscription, the customer agrees that payment will be charged automatically at each subscription interval until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription prices, discounts, products, and delivery intervals are shown at the time of purchase and can be viewed at any time through the customer account.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer account or by contacting customer service.

To avoid processing of the next subscription order, cancellation must be completed no later than 2 business days before the next scheduled payment or shipping date.

If the cancellation is received after this deadline, the upcoming order may already be in processing or being prepared for dispatch.

In such cases, an administration and handling fee of €10 may be charged if the order is cancelled or returned.

If payment has already been completed or the order has been processed for shipment, the cancellation will take effect after that delivery.

Changes to Your Subscription

Customers can at any time:

• Change the delivery interval

• Update the delivery address

• Update payment details

• Pause the subscription, if this option is available

• Cancel the subscription

Changes must be made no later than 2 business days before the next scheduled payment or shipping date.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment is declined or cannot be completed, we reserve the right to retry the payment or suspend the subscription until valid payment details have been provided.

Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements cannot be returned or refunded if the product seal has been broken after delivery.

If a subscription order is returned to us due to failure to collect the parcel, an incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the same terms described in our Shipping Policy apply, including an administration and handling fee of €10.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update prices, products, and subscription terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated by email or through the customer account before they take effect.

Promotions, Free Products and Introductory Offers

From time to time, am.pm may offer free products, gifts, discounts, or other promotions in connection with a purchase or subscription.

If a purchase or subscription is cancelled, terminated, or returned and the customer therefore no longer meets the conditions of the promotion or free product, the free product must be returned unused and in resalable condition together with the rest of the order.

If the free product is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its normal retail price from the amount refunded.

For example, if a subscription includes a free shaker and the subscription or order is cancelled or returned, the shaker must also be returned. If the shaker is not returned, its normal retail price will be deducted from the refund.

The same applies to other promotional products, introductory offers, free items, gifts, or similar benefits received as part of the purchase.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription in cases of misuse, fraud, failed payment, or other material breaches of our terms and conditions.
