“I have played professional tennis for many years and have played internationally since I was 14. I was ranked number 2 in Denmark until 2018 and still play at a high level at the age of 28.
My diet is incredibly important to me. It's crucial that all my needs are met, and that everything can come together harmoniously.
Around 2012, I struggled a lot with my weight, and my skin wasn't doing well either. I trained a lot but still weighed a bit too much for an athlete. I was lucky to meet someone who convinced me to try a plant-based diet, and so I made drastic changes; I stopped eating meat and dairy products and became a vegan. I gradually lost the extra pounds without really having to hold back.
Good basic fitness
