The job as Sales Director for Formula Automobile A/S involves a lot of travelling and many client dinners. A lot of rich food and virtually no exercise was therefore Rune Simoni's daily routine. Neither was good for his stomach or digestion.
"I travel a lot with my job. 120 days a year with about 100 overnight stays. My daily work is very sedentary, and I also have many client dinners with wine and good food. I don't get much exercise.
